Our team will arrive at your home to inspect your roof or gutter and provide you a proposal.
1. Upon arrival at the home, our Master Roofer will introduce themselves to the
homeowner.
2. Our Master Roofer will then ask the homeowner about any concerns they have with their roof.
3. After speaking with the homeowner, the Master Roofer will inspect the roof using the Allen and Deans, Inc., 25-point roof inspection checklist.
4. After conducting the 25-point roof inspection, the Master Roofer will write a
proposal for the issues identified from the inspection.
5. Master Roofer will then discuss the findings of the inspection with the homeowner. Additionally, they will explain and educate each part of the proposal with the homeowner. The Master Roofer will answer all questions asked by the homeowner.
6. The Ultimate Roof Assessment will conclude with the homeowner in possession of the 25-point inspection results and the proposal. Both documents are provided to the homeowner to ensure they can make an informed decision.
